This is a Petition filed by the Writ Petitioner challenging his Order of Termination dt. 22.02.2001 passed by the respondent Authorities. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Sri A. Venkata Ramana, Advocate, representing Sri D. V. Sitharam Murthy, learned Senior Counsel, submitted that since the petitioner joined in another organization and working there and as he is not willing to pursue the Writ Petition, the same may be dismissed.

In the light of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
