Heard counsel for petitioner and Government Pleader for Transport appearing for respondents.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by order dt.01.09.2017 in W.P.No.29630 of 2017, wherein this Court had followed the order dt.28.08.2017 in W.P.No.28795 of 2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the 2nd respondent for release of its vehicle bearing No...PY-05-A-6773 and on such application being made, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three (03) days thereafter. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
