THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14887 OF 2019 ORDER:

Heard.

2. Petitioners claim that they have purchased land admeasuring Acs.5-04 guntas in survey No.87/a situated at Chinnathimmapur Village, Mulugu Mandal, Siddipet District. They have obtained permission from the Revenue Divisional Officer for conversion of the land for non-agricultural purpose. They are now intending to develop the land by forming a lay-out. At this stage, alleging that the officials of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority are interfering, this Writ Petition is filed.

3. No material is placed on record to show as to what is the stage of development activity undertaken by the petitioners. The averments in paragraph 4 of the writ affidavit would disclose that the petitioners are in the process of forming house plots. If that is so, they cannot undertake the said work without obtaining sanction from the respondent-HMDA. Thus, it appears from the relief sought in the writ petition that in order to prevent HMDA from interfering with the petitioners in carrying out lay out exercise, without necessary sanction, the present Writ Petition is filed. No such relief can be granted. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to obtain appropriate permission and develop the lay out as required by them. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
