Sri V.Ravi Kiran Rao, learned counsel for petitioner states that since the Writ Petition No.40849 of 2015 is withdrawn, the Contempt Case alleging violation of interim order therein also does not survive and therefore the same is also withdrawn.

Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
