The grievance of the petitioner is that the Indian Oil Corporation Limited was not completing the necessary formalities relating to the contract awarded to it under the Letter of Intent dated 12.02.2015.
The petitioner addressed a representation in this regard on 02.03.2015 to the Chief Terminal Manager of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited at its Cherlapally plant in Hyderabad.
Sri Srikanth Kaveti, learned counsel appearing for the respondent
Corporation, states on instructions that various issues are required to be addressed in the context of the subject Letter of Intent and that the petitioner's representation was under consideration.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Indian Oil Corporation Limited to pass appropriate reasoned orders on the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2015, which was received on 04.03.2015, in accordance with law and take necessary action pursuant thereto. This exercise shall be completed within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
