This appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of C.P.C. challenging the orders dated 07.12.2017 passed in I.A.No.424 of 2016 in O.S.No.75 of 2016 on the file of the XIX Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
