When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in compliance with the order dated 22.O4.2024 in W.P.No,6632 of 2023, the respondents have reinstated the petitioner into service as Chief Executive Officer vide proceedings dated 24.O7.2024.
