ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies is unable to get instructions and submits that the authorization is not filed by the petitioner.
2. Petitioner states that he is a permanent fair price shop dealer and the authorization was already granted to him. While so, respondent No.4 has suddenly stopped allotment of essential commodities to the petitioner and even today also the Commodities are being distributed in his name but through some other third parties.
3. It is brought to the notice of this court that the issue involved in this writ petition is similar to W.P.No.41113 of 2014, which was allowed on 31.12.2014.
4. Following the same, this writ petition is also disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to verify as to whether the petitioner's authorization is in force and if so, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to forthwith allow the petitioner to distribute the essential commodities from the month of February, 2015 onwards.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
