THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.12042 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed alleging that the police authorities were interfering in the civil disputes of the petitioners with respondents 4 and 5 and a consequential direction was sought to the Sub-Inspector of Police, Budarai Valasa Police Station, Mereka Mudidam Mandal, Vijayanagaram District, the 3rd respondent herein, not to harass the petitioners by calling them to the police station.

Sri P.Mehar Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners is unable to state as to whether the cause still survives. As no orders were passed by this Court in this matter since 2011, this Court is of the opinion that the cause would not survive at this late stage.

The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
