After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he made a representation dated 02.05.2019 to the respondents 4 to 6 requesting closure of the Rowdy sheet. The receipt of the said representation submitted by the petitioner is not disputed by the official respondents.

Having regard to the said representation filed by the petitioner, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Writ Petition may be closed directing the authorities concerned to consider the said representation dated 02.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders thereon. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 5 to consider the said representation and dispose of the same in accordance with law. No costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
