On the last occasion when this A.S. came up on 7.02.2017, there was no representation either on behalf of the appellant or respondent. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for orders'.

Despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for orders', none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, it indicates that the appellant/claimant is not interested in pursuing the case.
