HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 21129 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not conducting the interview to the petitioner on 11.3.2007 for the post of Anganwadi Worker in pursuance of the call letter dated 02.03.2007, as illegal and arbitrary.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the 2nd respondent to consider the case of the petitioner along with others for the post of Anganwadi Teacher in pursuance of the fresh notification issued in the month of September, 2007, vide orders dated 06.10.2007 in WPMP No.27389 of 2007.

In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
