Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioners claim that aggrieved by the change in the revenue records regarding their land to an extent of Ac.5.25 guntas in Survey No. 20 (Old Survey No. 117/2) Khazaguda village, Sherlingampally mandal, Ranga Reddy district, they have preferred revision to the Joint Collector/3rd respondent in the year 2015, but so far same is not disposed of. Hence, this writ petition.

Petitioners enclosed the entire correspondence with various authorities in support of their claim and alleges that though there is continuous correspondence and required material is already available with the Joint Collector, he is not disposing of the revision pending. 4.
In the above circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, Joint Collector/3rd respondent is directed to examine the claim of the petitioners as ventilated in their revision stated to have been filed in the year 2015 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law after affording due opportunity to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
