THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 2596 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed by Accused No. 3 and 4 for quashing F.I.R.No. 49 of 2013 on the file of Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada City.

Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police, after conducting investigation, have filed their final report on 31.10.2013 referring the complaint as a false one.

In that view of the matter, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand disposed of.
