At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this writ petition, the petitioner came to know that the Station House Officer, Amalapuram Town Police Station, Amalapuram registered a case in Crime No.144 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. and that in that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
