Bhaskar Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, placed before this Court the subsequent event viz., consideration and disposal of the representation. For the aforesaid reason, we see no cause in the writ appeal and the writ appeal does not survive.

Therefore, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
