Sri Meherchand Nori, counsel for the petitioner, states that according to his instructions, the issue challenged in the writ petition is settled out of Court and a few subsequent developments have also happened in the matter. He requests the Court to close the writ petition by giving liberty to petitioner to comprehensively challenge the subsequent developments in a properly instituted proceedings. The request of the petitioner is not objected. Writ petition is closed by granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
