THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.1295 AND 1633 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

These writ petitions are being disposed of by this common order as the petitioners in both the writ petitions challenge the registration of crime No.7 of 2017 against the petitioners on the complaint of the third respondent. The third respondent lodged a complaint and a reading of the complaint discloses that the complaint was made due to matrimonial disputes.

This Court, by separate orders in both the writ petitions, directed the investigating officer concerned to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter is settled outside the Court. None appeared for the third respondent.

In the circumstances, these writ petitions are disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file an affidavit of settlement before the investigating officer and the investigating officer shall take them into consideration and submit a final report before the Magistrate concerned pursuant to the registration of crime No.7 of 2017.
