THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7606 of 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned counsel for the Municipality has informed this Court that pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioners, action has been taken and construction made by the 6th respondent has been demolished.

In that view of the matter, we close the writ petition, and direct the municipal authorities to take further action, if required, in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
