This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to set aside the docket order dated 06.04.2017 in Crime No.58 of 2015 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kandukur, Prakasam District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law.
