Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents implemented the orders passed by this Qourt dated i0.03.2023 in I.A.No. I of 2023 in W.P.No.657 I of 2023, thereby, the cause of action does not survive ald no further orders required to be passed in this matter.
