A perusal of the same, it is revea,led that the investigation is completed in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed ald the same is taken on file vide C.C.No.320 ol 2022. ln view of the said submission, learned counsel for the pet'itioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file fresh petition challenging the very charge sheet itself.
Granting liberty as sought for, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
