HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No.16900 of 2001 O R D E R:- Sri S.M.Subhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner retired from service, as such, no cause survives in the writ petition and the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
