THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.12611 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner aggrieved by issue of certificate under 13-B vide proceedings No.B/3648/2016 dated 31.05.2017 filed appeal before the 3rd respondent. The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration and disposal of appeal by 3rd respondent.

Heard Mr.K.Satyanarayana Murthy and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Having regard to the circumstances stated in the affidavit and for expeditious disposal, this Court considers directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed on 15.02.2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four (04) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner is given liberty to file copy of this order along with memo in the pending appeal for timely disposal of the appeal. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
