THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.15903 of 2004 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioners as bad, arbitrary and illegal and to pass such other necessary orders. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition becomes infructuous.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
