Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order, if his case is rejected.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection order at an appropriate time. No costs.
