Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that he is owner and pattadar of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.4.20 guntas in Survey No. 185, 186, Madavaramkalan Revenue village shivar of Shaligouraram mandal, Nalgonda district, having acquired the same through family partition and later he purchased the share of his brother to an extent of Ac.4.20 guntas in the year 2000 and got mutated his name in the revenue records for total extent of Ac.9.00 guntas. Grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of making application to issue new passbooks and title deeds, so far same are not issued. Petitioner claims to have made a representation on 9.8.2018, alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. 3.

As seen from the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, petitioner was earlier issued pattadar pass books only to an extent of Ac.2.14 1⁄2 guntas in Survey Nos. 185 and 186, whereas in the representation dated 9.8.2018 he is claiming larger extent of land and the said discrepancy is not explained by him in the affidavit. Thus, no direction can be issued to issue new pattadar pass books straightaway. Therefore, petitioner is granted liberty to submit fresh application in prescribed format as per the entries made in the existing pass books requesting to issue new pattadar pass books and on filing such application same shall be considered and appropriate orders to be passed in accordance with law within four weeks thereon. If petitioner

has any other grievance, it is open for him to workout the remedies as available in law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
