HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.4810 of 2015 ORDER:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the order, dated 10-03-2015, passed in Crl.M.P.No.587 of 2014 in M.C.No.89 of 2003 by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge, at Hyderabad.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Having perused the order of the Court below, I see no valid ground to interfere with the interim maintenance awarded by the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cumAdditional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge, at Hyderabad. However, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of the main case i.e., M.C.No.89 of 2013 within a period of three months from today. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of.
