This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. challenging the order dated 01.09.2014 passed in I.A.No.3965 of 2014 in M.V.O.P.No.271 of 2010 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.01.2017 and 18.01.2017.

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
