HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7718 of 2012 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Standing counsel for Anti Corruption Bureau brought to the notice of this Court that the husband of the petitioner was working as OSD in Ranga Reddy District. The respondents have registered a case in Crime No.28/ACB-CIUHyd/2011 on 09.11.2011 against the petitioner's husband for possessing disproportionate assets through the known sources of his income. On searching the house of the petitioner, some benami transactions are unearthed.

Therefore, she moved this Court as well as the Special Court for ACB cases for anticipatory bail and both the petitions were dismissed. Thereafter, the present writ petition is filed with false allegations, particularly, that the respondents are harassing her by sending constables to her residence for surveillance affecting her personal life and liberty. In the above said case, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed. After taking cognizance of the offence, the Special Court has taken the file as C.C.No.154 of 2012 and the same is pending. It is relevant to mention that the petitioner herein was not arrayed as an accused in the said case. However, after the case was numbered as C.C.No.154 of 2012, the husband of the petitioner moved a quash petition before this Court and the same was also dismissed.

From the above said facts, it appears that there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. _____________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J Date: 06.12.2019.
