O R D E R:- On 08.06.2016, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 15.06.2016 under the caption "for dismissal". Even on 15.06.2016, when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners nor was made any representation on their behalf, however in the interest of justice, this Court, deferred the matter to this day without passing any adverse order. Same is the position today also. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter any further. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
