HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1957 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. It is seen that charge sheet is filed and case is numbered as C.C.No. 113 of 2014 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Bhimavaram, West Godavari District.

Having regard to the stage of the case and prima facie accusation contained in the charge sheet, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, at request of learned counsel for petitioners/A2 to A5, the attendance of petitioners/A2 and A3, being employees, is dispensed with in C.C.No. 113 of 2014 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, except on the occasions when their attendance is required by the trial Court.
