HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 1018 of 2018 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondent has willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 06.04.2017 passed in W.P.No.11367 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (TG), produced an endorsement stating that the order has been complied with. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
