This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.3 in not registering the crime against respondents 4 to 6, basing on the complaint of the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, Crime No.108 of 2019 is registered under Section 420 IPC of Mallacheruvu Police Station on 22.07.2019.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the same and states that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
