This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2017 from the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Kandukur, and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge Court, Repalle.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent is intending to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2017 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Kandukur.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, no further orders are necessary in this petition. 4.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
