When the matter is listed on 14.11.2019, none appeared for the petitioner and this Court directed to post the contempt case on 15.11.2019 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Though the matter is listed to-day i.e. 15.11.2019, under the caption 'for dismissal', none appeared for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
