The petitioner had filed an appeal on 07.09.2015 before 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.04.08.2015 of the Tahsildar, Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam District in R.C.No.C/ROR/756/2015.

The petitioner contends that the 2nd respondent has not even numbered the said appeal even though eight months have elapsed since then.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will number the said appeal within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and dispose of the same within a period of three (03) months thereafter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to number the said appeal within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and dispose of the same within a period of three (03) months thereafter. No order as to costs.
