This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in the post of sub-staff.

If the petitioner is working as on today, his case can be considered for regularization.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in the post of sub-staff and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if he is working as on today. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
