Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, by filing the better affidavit vide U.S.R.No.78536 of 2024 would submit that the petitioner had suffered from Jaundice and had taken treatment in Ayurveda. In order to substantiate his contention, learned counsel filed the certificate dated 01.07.2024 issued by the Assistant Professor in Surgical Oncology, MNJIO & RCC, Red Hills, Hyderabad stating that the petitioner had undergone treatment at his Hospital and as such the said certificate is issued by an Allopathy Doctor. This shows that there is discrepancy in the submissions of the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated in the
