THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3763 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- ".....to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the lethargy and the action of the respondents No.1 and 2 in not completing the investigation in Cr.No.291/2011, dt.02-05-2011 and not arresting the respondents No.3 to 10 herein even after passing of three years as illegal arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 & 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to file the Charge Sheet immediately by arresting the respondents No.3 to 10 herein and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice."

During the course of arguments, learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that after completion of investigation in Crime No.291 of 2011, final report was filed on 20.06.2011 before the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri.

In the light of above said fact that the final report is already filed, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
