WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the case and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated: 12-06-2015, 10-07-2015 & 24-07-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Karri Murali Krishna, Advocate for the petitioner and Sri M.A.K. Mukheed, Advocate for the Respondents, made the following ORDER:

"Proceedings in F. No. 8114/KNL/K/2011/Z-IV/Supply, dated: 13/10/2015, of respondent No. 1 placed before the Court shows that instead of purging the contempt, he has compounded the same by attributing cancellation to the purported directions of this Court, which were never issued. He is, therefore, directed to be personally present and explain why suo motu contempt proceedings shall not be initiated against him for issuing proceedings, which are wholly misleading and prima facie contemptuous. Post on 06/11/2015".
