This petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to relax the conditions that "iii) The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court and (v) The petitioners/A1 to A4 are hereby directed to surrender their passport and visa before the trial Court"

imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2543 of 2016 dated 20.12.2016 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Guntur. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
