ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents contended that during pendency of the writ petition, payments were made to the petitioner and therefore, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
