ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner against respondent No.2 is that he has constructed a house encroaching the public road to the extent of three feet in Woodpet, Vijayawada.

Mr. T. Balaswamy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 - Municipal Corporation on instructions submitted that all the houses in Woodpet were constructed by the people below poverty line on the government land and that none of the houses are covered by building permissions. He has further submitted that

respondent No.1 will examine the complaint dt.30.01.2015 given by the petitioner and take an appropriate action after notice to respondent No.2, if it is found that he has encroached any part of the road/public lane. In the light of the above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel, which are placed on record, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.46026 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
