Sattu Andamma v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.12576 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard Mr.S.Madan Mohan Rao for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.
The petitioner filed W.P.No.4350 of 2018 and on 12.02.2018, the writ petition was disposed of directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider and dispose of Interlocutory Application filed by petitioner for stay of the order impugned in the revision. The petitioner is served notices dated 06.03.2018 and 19.03.2018 issued by 2nd respondent. Due to administrative reasons, the matter could not be heard and order on the prayer of petitioner is passed by the 2nd respondent. As the time granted by this Court is expiring, complaining further inaction, the present writ petition is filed.
This Court at the first instance disposed of the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to consider passing orders on the Interlocutory Application, the same could not be carried out by the 2nd respondent. Instead of subjecting the petitioner to further hardship and inconvenience, as revision is already admitted, this Court to meet the ends of justice and to avoid hardship and
uncertainty of granting interim orders for limited period, disposed of writ petition by this order.
The 2nd respondent considers and disposes of the case pending in File No.LU/BCW/23/2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending revision, there shall be stay of dispossession of petitioner from the subject matter of litigation. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
