When the matter was listed on 06.07.2015, there was no representation and the matter was directed to be posted on 07.07.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even today when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' there was no representation. It appears that the writ petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence the writ petition dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
