ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with the order passed by the 2nd respondent-Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Warangal, dated 19.07.2000, in I.D.No.207 of 1996 and quash the same by holding it as arbitrary and illegal. Heard Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Labour appearing for the 2nd respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petition against the 1st respondent was dismissed for default vide order dated 29.12.2010 and thereafter, the petitioner-Corporation has not taken any steps to file an application to restore the writ petition against the contesting 1st respondent.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
