Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the material on record. When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the unofficial respondent, Sri V.Srinivas, that the GHMC granted building permit order, vide permit No.G-50/BP/1118/98-99, dated 20.05.1998, in favour of the unofficial respondent for construction of Ground + 4 and two cellars and he is proceeding in accordance with law.

In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to assail the said building permit order, bearing No.G-50/BP/1118/98-99, dated 20.05.1998, if he is so advised, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
