Having regard to the fact that there is an alternative and efficacious remedy to approach the Executing Court, the petitioner is hereby directed to file an application before the Executing Court taking all objections, now raised, with regard to stoppage of attachment of his salary in view of Section 60 of the Code of Civil Procedure. On such application being made, the concerned Executing Court shall decide the application independently and pass appropriate orders, strictly, on merits. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
