- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.12870 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard Mr.S.Madan Mohan Rao for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. 2.

The petitioner filed W.P.No.4415 of 2018 and on 12.02.2018, the writ petition was disposed of directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider and dispose of Interlocutory Application filed by petitioner for stay of the order impugned in the revision. This Court at the first instance disposed of the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to consider passing orders on the Interlocutory Application, the same could not be carried out by the 2nd respondent for the reasons best known to him. Instead of subjecting petitioner to further hardship and inconvenience, as revision is already admitted, this Court, to meet the ends of justice and to avoid hardship and uncertainty of considering interlocutory application by second respondent dispose of writ petition by this order.

4.

The 2nd respondent shall consider and dispose of the Revision filed against Land Encroachment Appeal No.05 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending revision, there

- 3 - shall be stay of dispossession of petitioner from the subject matter of litigation. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 16th April, 2018 Rds
